What is Product Owner?

A Product Owner is a key role in the Scrum framework responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the development team. They act as the primary stakeholder for the product backlog, deciding which features, fixes, and improvements are prioritized to achieve the product vision.

When to use it
